🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as NOVO EDEVS.

At Novo Edevs, we prioritize client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, certain limitations apply to refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Project has not yet started (100% refund).

  • If the client cancels within the first 7 days after payment and no significant work has been delivered (partial refund).

  • If Novo Edevs fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope (refund amount depends on the completed work stage).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Significant progress or deliverables have been provided.

  • The project delay is caused by client-side issues (late feedback, missing materials, etc.).

  • The request is made after 30 days from payment.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Clients must submit a written refund request to [your email].

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Cancellations

Clients can cancel projects anytime, but payments for completed work remain non-refundable.

5. Final Decision

Novo Edevs reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and cancellations.
