These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Novo Edevs’ services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following:
Novo Edevs provides professional game development, design, and related services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in project agreements.
Clients must make payments as agreed upon in the project proposal.
Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.
All fees are non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Policy.
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to their game assets, source code, and deliverables.
Novo Edevs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets to avoid delays.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in the proposal. Extra revisions may incur additional fees.
Novo Edevs is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, downtime, or damages beyond the agreed scope.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payment obligations for completed work remain in effect.
